Péter Tüű is Head Sommelier, he was twice Hungarian Sommelier Champion and reached the Champagne Master-Level Certificate with highest honors.
Ádám Mede worked in several Michelin star restaurants before becoming chef of Laurel Budapest. His passion is to prepare his dishes with natural ingredients, mainly local and typical for the season.
